How long do the doughnuts last?
Our doughnuts do not contain any preservatives or artificial ingredients and have a shelf life of 24hrs and should be consumed on the same day they are delivered.

Can the doughnuts be stacked?
Due to the nature of the glaze, we don’t recommend stacking the doughnuts as you may end up with a bit of a sticky mess. If you’re looking to create a doughnut tower or similar, please bear in mind it may cause some damage to the product.

Can you do custom shapes, sizes or flavours?
Unfortunately we don’t do custom shapes or sizes. Occasionally we may be able to create bespoke flavours, however this would be dependent on timeframe, order quantity and availability of ingredients.

Do you have equipment and trays for hire?
You may purchase additional packaging such as our branded black boxes (great for wedding favours) which fit 1 regular doughnut or 3 dough bites. We also have our branded paper bags available in bundles of 50. Unfortunately we no longer hire out wooden trays or other equipment.

How big are your boxes?
Our doughnuts are able to be packed in a number of different options, dimensions below:
Single Black Box: 12 x 12 x 6 cm – Fits 1 regular or 2 dough bites.
Small Black Box: 32 x 22 x 6.5 cm – Fits 6 regular or 15 dough bites.
Large Black Box: 42 x 32 x 6.5 cm – Fits 12 regular or 30 dough bites.
Small Brown Box: 46 x 38 x 7 cm – Fits 12 regular or 30 dough bites.
Large Brown Box: 76 x 46 x 7 cm – Fits 24 regular or 60 dough bites.

What are your delivery times?
Our delivery times vary from 4am – 2pm with most of our special order deliveries taking place between 8.30am and 11am. You will be given a delivery window upon ordering, but if you require a specific time just let us know.

Organising your own courier?
You may organise your own courier, to be collected from any of our locations within their opening hours. Staff are usually on site at least 30 mins prior to opening time and after closing, and will be able to transfer to the courier within this time if necessary. Please note, once the product leaves our premises it becomes your responsibility.

Allergen Information
All of our regular doughnuts contain: Gluten, Lactose, Egg Yolk, and traces of Soya. The following doughnuts contain nuts: Peanut Butter Berry (Peanut). All of our doughnuts are suitable for vegetarians.

Our vegan doughnuts do not contain eggs or dairy, however whilst every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, as they are prepared and handled in bakery and retail facilities that also handle non-vegan products, we cannot guarantee that they will be 100% free of dairy/eggs.

We produce all of our doughnuts in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with peanuts or nuts.
