At Crosstown, we offer an innovative and delicious alternative to the traditional wedding cake - our bespoke doughnut wedding cake towers. These towers can be constructed to your exact specifications, but to help inspire you, we've curated an example list of previous exquisite doughnut and flower combinations that we've provided as a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Our doughnut flavours range from the classic to the innovative, we're always striving to bring you new and exciting options. Please note that our flavours may change seasonally, as we work with the freshest ingredients to ensure the highest quality. For weddings, we also offer exclusive flavour options to make your special day even more unique.

(Example 1) The Enchanted Spring Doughnut Wedding Cake Tower:

• Doughnuts: Coffee, Cardamom & Coconut (ve), and Pistachio & Rose (ve).
• Suggested Floral Decoration: Roses
• Description: Beginning with the Coffee, Cardamom & Coconut doughnut, our cocoa sourdough envelops a luxuriously creamy coffee and cardamom custard. The smooth coffee enhanced by the warm undertones of the cardamon. Our doughnut is then dipped in a sweet subtle coconut glaze and coated with coconut flakes for a delicate hint of crunch. Next, the Rose & Pistachio doughnut adds a delicate floral touch with its light sweet rose icing and velvety pistachio and rose custard. The floral notes of the rose contrast with the nutty strength of the pistachio before the entire doughnut is topped with crunchy pistachio crumble adding additional bite. The inclusion of roses with their delicate petals and vibrant hues particularly mirror the subtle elegance of our Rose & Pistachio doughnut. Their natural floral aroma complementing the richer, aromatic profile of the Coffee, Cardamom and Coconut doughnut.

• Description: The Sri Lankan Cinnamon Sugar doughnut introduces a warm and aromatic start, our soft signature sourdough generously coated with the finest cinnamon sugar. The Cinnamon Scroll builds on this warmth, its sourdough rolled with Sri Lankan cinnamon, the warm spice complemented by the sweet creaminess of the fragrant glaze. The tower is perfected by the Tongan Vanilla Bean doughnut topped with an elegant pristine and aromatic vanilla glaze. The vibrant chrysanthemums, combined with the citrusy scent and golden hues of marigolds, enhance the spiced and vanilla notes, crafting a harmonious blend ideal for a traditional wedding setting.

• Description: The tower begins with the Rose & Pistachio doughnut, where the delicate floral rose icing and crunchy pistachio crumble create an enchanting aroma and texture, complementing the light, airy sourdough and the velvety smooth pistachio and rose custard. The tower culminates with the Cinnamon Scroll doughnut, its warm Sri Lankan cinnamon and sweet Tongan vanilla bean glaze adding a comforting and familiar touch, crowned with a homemade vanilla bean crumble for an additional aromatic crunch​. The orchids and freesias, with their sophisticated and fragrant blooms, enhance the tower's visual appeal and complement the nuanced flavours of the doughnuts, creating a botanical and culinary masterpiece.

(Example 4) The Verdant Delight Doughnut Wedding Cake Tower:

• Doughnuts: Peanut Butter & Blackcurrant Compote (ve), Hot Cross Bun (ve), and Cherry & Orange.
• Suggested Floral Decoration: Cherry Blossoms & Lavender
• Description: Start with the Peanut Butter & Blackcurrant Compote doughnut, blending rich and substantial peanut butter glaze with tart blackcurrant compote, topped with crunchy roasted peanuts. The Hot Cross Bun doughnut follows, offering a lightly spiced flavour that is paired with the creaminess of cinnamon custard to add a touch of sweetness. The doughnut is then crowned with a Seville orange glaze, and finished with a spiced cross and candied orange peel.
