LAMNUT

Our beloved Lamnut reimagines a classic lamington in Crosstown cake doughnut form. Featuring our cake dough with a layer of homemade raspberry jam through the middle, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in desiccated coconut.

Tim Tam

The Crosstown Tim Tam doughnut features our chocolate sourdough filled with a chocolate custard made from Tim Tams, topped with a Tim Tam milk chocolate ganache and crushed Tim Tam pieces.

AUSTRALIAN BUSHFIRE RELIEF

The Australian bushfires are having a devastating impact on the country, causing widespread destruction that impacts people, the environment and wildlife. The scale of damage is at a level never seen before.

We would like to do our small part by donating a portion of Australia Day sales to WIRES – Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organisation who need urgent assistance to help with these unprecedented emergencies.

PRODUCTION STORAGE & HANDLING

Our bakery processes try to ensure there are no cross-contamination between the vegan and original sourdough doughnuts. Whilst they are still made in the same bakery, all equipment and surfaces are sterilised before the vegan doughnuts are made and then fried in separate oil.

We produce all of our doughnuts in a bakery which we own and operate. This bakery uses peanuts and other nuts in some of our products. We have controls within our bakery that separate nuts and peanuts from other ingredients, and limit the ability for contamination. However, given we hand make an unsealed product, we cannot guarantee that our doughnuts have zero contact with peanuts or nuts.
