Full Time Tourier / Dough Baker
Due to continued growth and a pipeline of new stores planned, we are looking for experienced artisan dough bakers / touriers to join our dedicated team of artisan bakers and chefs.
You must have experience as a scratch baker, rolling and pinning dough by hand. We specialise in a hybrid yeast-raised sourdough dough. The role entails all aspects of work from tourage through to baking.
Other essential requirements are as follows:
Available for 5 shifts a week including some weekends
7pm – 3am shifts (40+ hrs/wk with paid overtime)
Has close attention to detail and care for a quality product
Ability to work in a team environment and follow orders
Strong command of the English language
£25k based on experience + paid overtime + 28 days holiday
