When it comes to our chocolate, we have left no stone unturned in seeking out some of the best chocolate makers in the world. For our range of cookies, we’ve brought in exotic dark chocolate chips called Satongo and the creamiest milk chocolate called Papouasie.
Satongo – Featuring a balanced blend of top grade cocoa beans from African countries including Tanzania, Ghana and São Tomé. It has a dark and rich cocoa body, topped with woody flavours and forest fruits.
Papouasie -Made using cocoa beans from Papua New Guinea. This creamy chocolate has fruity notes of hazelnuts and a hint of caramel.
