Peanut Butter & Clementine cookie - Peanut butter and chocolate chips dough, topped with a creamy peanut butter frosting, finished with a clementine gel for a zingy kick, and drizzled with chocolate. Red Velvet cookie - A soft centred cookie, crafted with a red velvet dough, topped with a generous swirl of vegan cream cheese frosting, then hand-finished with a sprinkle of caramelised almond nibs.
