This Crosstown Ice Cream beautifully captures the unique flavour of lightly roasted bananas. A fine balance of preserving the delicate flavour of banana and at the same time getting the benefits of the caramelisation of natural sugars. Expertly blended with British double cream for a smooth mouth feel.
